The Gables | Eton

We created a brand and a suite of marketing collateral for Aitch Group’s new collection of properties near Eton. The classic contemporary feel and the way in which the information was delivered needed to appeal both to owner-occupiers and to investors alike. Therefore a colour palette derived from the scheme itself was accentuated and paired with a reserved yet creative use of type. The result was that the marketing resonated with a wide range of potential buyers without compromising the distinctive identity of the building itself, which generated the desired sales inquiries across the broad target market.
